About Dr. Waiters
Dr. Itasca Waiters graduated from Bloom Township H.S and furthered her education at Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Biology. She then earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the prestigious Life University in Marietta, GA.
Dr. Itasca became interested in chiropractic after being in an auto accident while attending Clark Atlanta University. As a child she suffered from headaches and leg pain but never really sought any treatment for her problems. While getting treatment for the back pain caused by the auto accident she noticed that her headaches and leg pain were also getting better. After deciding that she no longer wanted to do medical research Dr. Itasca searched for her calling. She truly believes that God put her on this earth to help people. Dr. Itasca thought about the relief she received from the chiropractor and decided she wanted to help people out the same way.
After graduating from Life University Dr. Itasca decided to move back to the chicago area. She worked for other chiropractors but decided that she wanted to have her own office. In June of 2007 God blessed her with her own office located in the Bronzeville area of chicago.
Dr. Itasca looks forward to changing as many lives as God will see fit for her to do. "I am pleased that you would trust your health to me."
